Want to blow your own mind? The formula for achieving big goals in 2025

Set Big Goals and Transform your Life:
Learn how to become the person who can achieve anything you want.

The magic of setting big goals isn’t just in achieving them—it’s in who you become along the way.

Before you dive into your 2025 goals, ask yourself:

  • Who do I need to become to make this happen?
  • Who will I be after achieving my goal?

💡 Who before how.

Next, think about what life might throw at you that could knock you off course.

Spoiler alert: Your brain will get really creative with reasons to stop you!

  • “I’m too tired to go to the gym.”
  • “I didn’t sleep enough last night—rest is important.”
  • “I think I’m coming down with something.”

We all have these thoughts. Write them down in advance and decide how you’ll respond.

For example:

  • Yep, I’m tired—and I’m going anyway.
  • Twisted my ankle? It’s an upper-body day!

This mindset, combined with intentional thought creation, is your secret weapon.

It’s who I am. It’s what I do.

  • I always follow my plan.
  • I always feel better afterward.
  • I take myself seriously.
  • I love doing hard things and having discipline.

Discipline and consistency are how I create the life I want. Silly brain trying to keep me “safe”—I’ve got goals to crush!

When I work with my clients, we dive deep into this exact topic. I teach them how to become the person who can achieve anything they want.

We don’t just talk about goals—we transform their mindset, habits, and daily rituals so they can make those big dreams a reality.

What about you?

  • What big goals are you setting for 2025?
  • What kind of person will you need to become to achieve them?

Let me know—I’d love to hear about it!

And if you’re ready to feel alive and blow your own mind in 2025, Epic 2025 is your chance.

Together, we’ll dive into everything you need to not just set goals but achieve them—and have the most fun you’ve ever had doing it.

I sat down to write this email and I genuinely could not pick a topic. I didn't know if I should tell you that four different women inside the pH+ Lab started new roles this month. Promotions, internal moves, external offers. Four. In one month. $70k more in an internal role. $300k more in an external role. A boss who says of course don't miss the pre-school party. Getting back into the field she's been missing. Real women. Growing their Pay & Happiness at the same time. I didn't know if I...

Have you ever been told that setting boundaries at work is a career limiting move? That you need to prove yourself first. Keep your head down. Don't ask for too much too soon. Especially in a new role. One of my clients just started a new job. Before she left her old one, she sat down with multiple people on the executive committee and asked for their advice. Every single one of them said the same thing. Don't expect to see your family much in the first year. Earn flexibility before you ask...

executive client success story, less work, more money

My client is a VP at a Fortune 50 company, and for months she'd been doing the work. Real essentialism. Picking the one project that mattered most to her organization and saying no to everything that didn't align with it. And she was nervous about it. Because every time she said no, a little voice whispered: this is going to hurt you. They're going to think you're not committed. Not helpful. Not a team player. Then her boss called a meeting. She walked in braced for the conversation she'd...
